We’re a Maryland-based nonprofit rooted in Baltimore City, empowering individuals in recovery, disabled veterans, LGBTQ+ youth, and those experiencing homelessness. Through education, job readiness, therapeutic care, and recovery support, we help people reclaim their dignity and rebuild their futures.
Our Mission
Heart of the City Foundation supports individuals in urban communities affected by addiction by amplifying their voices, providing recovery resources, and offering education and job readiness programs.
